Our professional staff is enhanced by a large volunteer base. This special group of people provide support in countless ways. Whether it’s reading from a favorite book, playing music, helping with a hobby, entertaining the patient’s pet, or just listening, our volunteers are empathetic and compassionate. They are a great addition to our primary care team, to provide holistic comfort for your loved one.

All Merit Hospice volunteers are screened and trained and work under the supervision of Merit staff. They are available on a regular schedule or as-needed.
